Withdraw from the contract

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.

How to do it

1. Click the button below and sign in with the email you used for your order (you will receive a code).
2. Open the order and click "Request return".
3. Check the details and click "Confirm withdrawal" (on screen it may appear as "Request return"). You will immediately receive an email confirming it, with the date and time.
